At HS Blades Enterprise, we strive our best to provide the optimally best possible product to our customers. However, we do understand customer have their perspective and gladly welcome their feedbacks. In this consistency of providing exceptional customer care and after sale services, we do also accept Returns & Exchanges. Cancellation of orders are also accepted. However these are subjected to following conditions:

  • Cancellation Period: Contact us within 24hrs of order placement or shipment dispatch, whichever comes first. However, cancellations are only processed through email and the email used for requesting cancellations should be the same email as attached with order. After confirmation process, cancellation will be processed within 1 day for such confirmation. If item is dispatched before such request, customers are required to return the item for refund. In such cases, all conditions applicable to Returns will be applicable. 
  • Exchange Period: Contact within 3 days of receipt & ship back the item within 7 days of receipts. However, Exchanges are only processed through email and the email used for requesting exchange should be the same email as attached with order (do send pictures of the item in the Exchange Request email with at least focusing on the fault deemed to be basis of exchange. Without pictures/pictures not sent within the contact time, exchange shall not be admissible). After confirmation process, exchange will be processed within 1 to 2 day for such confirmation. Exchange shipment will be dispatched upon receipt and inspection of previous item from customer. Exchange label will be bore by customer unless item is proved to be faulty at origin. 
  • Return Period: Contact within 36hrs from date of receipt, ship back the item within 4 days from date of receipt. However, returns are only processed through email and the email used for requesting returns should be the same email as attached with order (do send pictures of the item in the Return Request email with at least two focusing on the fault deemed to be basis of return. Without pictures/pictures not sent within the contact time, return shall not be admissible). After confirmation process, return will be processed within 2 to 3 day for such confirmation. Refund for such returns will be processed upon receipt and inspection of item received from customer. Return label will be bore by customer unless item is proved to be faulty at origin.
  • Refund is NET of Order Total, Shipping & Non Refundable Expenses.
  • Cancellation is Net of Order Total & Non Refundable Charges (5% of order total).
  • Item(s) sent back by customer for exchange/return should be in resalable position & must be returned in original form. Any damage beyond that of at the time of receipt shall be deductible.
  • Custom Orders and Personalized item(s) are not returnable and non refundable. Only place custom orders/personalize item(s) if you accept this condition.
  • Orders placed against discount coupons are not cancelable/exchangeable/returnable after expiry date of such coupons.
  • Orders placed in consistency of specific events (Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc) cannot be returned or exchanged after that event subject to above time schedule and conditions.
  • Returns/Exchange sent without due notice, acceptance email and tracking number shall not accepted.
